Previewing Saturday the 13th of September’s race meet at Bath, is horse racing expert Derek ‘Tommo’ Thompson, courtesy of our friends at Freebets.com, the best place for betting sites.
I’m looking forward to the races at Bath on Saturday evening because in the 4:40, number four Under Curfew is a horse I like.
This horse has won nine races, has done plenty of finishing second and third as well, and was a bit unlucky in running at Brighton last time out when finishing 5th of 13.
Under Curfew, I think he's going to run a big race in the 4:40.
And in the following race at 5:10, the mile and a quarter novice stakes, number seven, Goodwood Mogul has been knocking at the door, and I think trainer Marcus Tregoning has found a good opportunity for him to open his account.
In the lucky last at 7:15, the Amateur Riders Handicap, number 10, Mrs Meader, ridden by Ross Birkett and trained by his mum and sister Julia and Shelley Birkett. This horse was a good second last time out at Chelmsford. I think off a lightweight, Mrs Meader has got a very good chance.
Let's hope we can clean up at Bath.
