Our Summer Day Delegate Package is Back

Available for meetings and conferences from 1st April – 30th September 2025, this exciting package is the perfect way to keep your delegates refreshed and engaged over the summer period

Only 10 minutes away from the M4 and a short drive from Bath city centre and in close proximity to Bristol, this purpose-built conference and events space offers several styles of meeting space and training rooms for hire. Though all meeting hire benefits from free parking, we can provide a tailored package to meet all your other meeting needs.

We can work with you to create bespoke menus, break out sessions and team building activities.

We have held seminar based events at a number of venues across the UK, including Anfield Stadium, Old Trafford Stadium, Hilton Canary Wharf. As a venue, the racecourse itself is clearly very well managed and maintained, with a number of beautiful suites and a wonderful, idyllic setting. The facilities are top notch, the food was good, and the staff are first rate: from start to finish we had sterling overall service from the events team. This venue ranks in our top three, from my perspective as an organiser
