Bath Racecourse will be hosting an additional fixture on Tuesday 12th May as part of the 2026 season, following the transfer of a scheduled afternoon of flat racing from Chepstow Racecourse.
This decision has been made with BHA Inspectorate approval due to drainage works that will be carried out on the Flat track and outside of the Hurdle course at Chepstow. Following completion of the works, it has been agreed to transfer Chepstow's first fixture to Bath to allow enough time for suitable re-growth to occur before beginning their Flat Turf season.
We are pleased to be able to support Chepstow in accommodating this change and look forward to welcoming connections and customers to Bath for a standard Tuesday afternoon of flat racing.
